Delicious fresh spinach, chard, and beet leaf salad with ACV, olive oil, herbs, and 2 drops lemongrass essential oil for the dressing! Steamed veggies and sauerkraut… Ahh I feel amazing!

Just finished the HIIT #toneitup workout challenge for the day - now time for a post workout raw cacao drink and to reply to emails and research ailments/best essential oils for others! ❤ perfect day!

One of the most important parts of our morning routine is to do some different oil shots customized to what we are working on or what we are trying to achieve! We always do a shot with a couple drops of peppermint (each drop of peppermint is equivalent to 27 cups of peppermint tea in potency) and clean water - this helps to get our digestive system going and responds to any heart burn or acidity we may be feeling from overindulging or eating too late. I like to also fill a veggie capsule with a few drops each of different citrus oils and cinnamon or the slim and sassy blend for a tummy tamer and for detox/weightloss! Im constantly on http://everythingessential.me searching their database of different ailments/issues and which essential oils are best to try! So helpful :)
